13. Force Majeure

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

16. Amendments

Sankalp365 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
