If you decide to cancel your project before construction begins, the following terms apply:

  • Within 7 days of agreement: Full refund of any advance payments, minus administrative costs (up to 5% of total project value)
  • 8-30 days after agreement: Refund of 90% of advance payments
  • After 30 days: Refund of 75% of advance payments, minus any design and planning costs already incurred

3.2 During Construction Cancellation

If you cancel during the construction phase:

  • Payment for completed work will be retained
  • Materials already purchased will be charged at cost
  • Labor costs for completed work will be calculated and charged
  • Remaining advance payments will be refunded after deducting the above costs

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Qualifying Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Project cancellation within the specified timeframes
  • Significant delays caused by our negligence (beyond 30 days from agreed timeline)
  • Failure to meet agreed quality standards
  • Breach of contract by Sankalp365
  • Force majeure events preventing project completion

4.2 Non-Qualifying Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after construction has begun
  • Delays caused by client-requested changes
  • Delays due to regulatory approvals or permits
  • Weather-related delays
  • Material supply issues beyond our control
  • Client's failure to make timely payments

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Materials used and their costs

7. Material and Equipment

7.1 Ordered Materials

If materials have been ordered but not yet delivered:

  • We will attempt to cancel orders and obtain refunds from suppliers
  • Any cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund
  • If materials cannot be cancelled, you may be charged for them

7.2 Delivered Materials

For materials already delivered to the site:

  • You may keep the materials at their cost
  • Or we may arrange for their return (subject to supplier policies)
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

8. Warranty and Post-Completion Issues

8.1 Warranty Claims

If issues arise after project completion, we will:

  • Investigate the issue within 48 hours
  • Provide repairs under warranty terms
  • Consider refunds only if the issue cannot be resolved

8.2 Quality Issues

If quality standards are not met:

  • We will first attempt to rectify the issues
  • Partial refunds may be considered for unresolved issues
  • Full refunds are rare and only for significant quality failures

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may request a second review by senior management
  • Provide additional documentation to support your case
  • Consider mediation if direct resolution fails
  • Legal recourse is available as a last resort
